Order Manager & Product Updates

We’re gradually rolling out a new version of Order Manager (V0.29.8.2) and Picker (V2.7.1.5), starting tomorrow. This update does not require any action from your side. Here's what's new:

Order Manager

✅ Receipt printing fix – Fixed an issue where receipts did not always print when multiple orders were placed at the same time.

Picker

✅ Uber Eats Orders Only: Live picking with customer substitution approval - Customers can now approve substitutions while you are picking their order, helping reduce delays and making the substitution process smoother.

✅ Uber Eats Orders Only: Live picking for promotional items - Promotional items are now supported during live picking, making it easier to manage orders that include offers or discounts.

✅ Improved driver status display – Driver status text on the order list has been tidied up so it appears on one line, making the order screen cleaner and easier to read.

Snappy Shopper Website Updates

✅ Improved Snappy Rewards information – The Rewards category popup has been updated to better explain how rewards work for your customers.

⭐️ Snappy Rewards is a great way to build customer loyalty and encourage customers to come back to your store. If you have not set this up yet, or currently have no active Snappy Rewards, please contact your RGM.

✅ Faster, smoother customer experience – We’ve made improvements to the Snappy Shopper website to help pages load faster and make browsing feel smoother for customers.

✅ Clearer product information – Where available, customers can now see product details such as allergens, nutrition, storage, and lifestyle information in a clearer format.

✅ Easier browsing and ordering – Customers will benefit from recent postcode searches, improved tablet support, cleaner basket layouts, and easier access to their account and previous orders.
