Snappy AI — Early Access Overview
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Welcome to Snappy AI Early Access.
We’re starting small and will keep expanding access as we learn. During Early Access, we’ll be adding new data, questions, and tasks regularly — so keep checking this page to see what’s new.
A few things to remember:
Snappy AI is still being developed, so it can sometimes make mistakes, misunderstand what you mean, or not work as expected. Always check anything important before relying on it or making a change. Please also tell us when something doesn’t look right — your feedback helps us improve Snappy AI.
Don’t enter personal information about customers or staff unless it is genuinely needed for the task.
Keep non-public Early Access features and performance confidential.

Tips for better answers
Be specific about the time period
“Last week”, “September” or “since Monday” works better than “recently”.
Name the store
If you have more than one store, tell Snappy AI which one you mean.
Use the product name you use in Snappy
This makes it easier for Snappy AI to find the right product.
Ask follow-up questions
You can keep the conversation going. For example: “Which products drove that?” / “Why was that?” / “Split that by day of the week.”
Good to know
Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
Year-on-year comparisons for days and weeks match Monday with Monday. Months compare with the same calendar month last year.
Sales are completed orders only, after refunds. Figures may differ slightly from Snappy admin reports.
Refunds cover completed orders only. Refunds on cancelled orders are not included (yet).
An order counts as late if delivery took more than 60 minutes.
Customer figures are counts only. Snappy AI never sees names or contact details.
Customer figures cover the Snappy marketplace and, where relevant, your own white label website and/or Foodhub. Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats do not share customer details.
Customer counts for today are not available. Ask again tomorrow.
Product sales are counted against the primary category only, whereas you may have some products listed under multiple categories. This may differ to other reports.
What can Snappy AI do?
Snappy AI can also help you with tasks in your store.
Before making a change, check what Snappy AI is proposing carefully. After a change has been made, make sure the result is what you expected.
If your store is integrated with an EPOS system, some changes made through Snappy AI may not be available, may not take effect, or may later be overwritten by your EPOS integration.
Where Snappy AI identifies a potential conflict, it may warn you before you proceed. If you choose to continue, always check afterwards that the change has taken effect and remains in place.
For some changes, you may need to make the update directly in your EPOS system instead.
